Natalya asked me for an interview and few months later came to me with a book on me, titled " Imelda: true, good and beautiful". I was surprised that it had been enough for her to write a whole book only after fe hours of an interview with me! From this book I was convinced that Natalya was searching for something spiritual... Today, I had good fortune of sitting all afternoon with Natalya and have this long talk about herself, history, economy, art and many more subjects. I see before me a very intelligent person, with sensitive heart. She writes her books with her sensitive and open soul..

After a long conversations I understood that Natalya was looking for God everywhere, all over the world. She was born in Russia, moved to Canada and now searching in the Philippines. I told her: "Natalya do not search God around you, because He is in you! You are able to see in people truth, goodness, kindness and beauty! Remember Natalya that you are made in the image of God, that is why you are perfect!

Those few who were lucky enough to touch, meet and even get to know Natalya in this life, understand well the depths and all the mysteries of the Eternal Soul, which such a multifaceted personality is able to reveal in herself. I can proudly call myself one of those people who were lucky enough not only to meet Natalya, but also to have the honour of calling her a close friend.

By nature, I’m a rather reserved person, and it can sometimes be difficult for me to connect with others. But when I first met Natalya in the Philippines, I immediately felt an incredible sense of calm and comfort. Each new meeting with her brought me joy. It felt as if we understood each other on a deeper level — our conversations were often rich and meaningful, covering many topics that resonated with both of us. Time seemed to slip away unnoticed, and we talked about everything.

There was such a natural harmony in our connection. It’s hard to explain, but being with her just felt so easy. Natalya never judges anyone or insists on her advice when asked, yet her stories and reflections inspire me to grow and become a better version of myself. Thanks to her, I’ve gained confidence and changed in subtle, meaningful ways. She is an incredibly creative person. For my birthday, she painted and has given me a portrait of myself, and now I often communicate with it — it’s become a true part of me as alter ego. Natalya, I want to speak about you here, not because you wrote about me or was interviewing me. No, at my age, a person has already made his life, his career, and doesn’t need a publicity. I remember our meeting in the Philippines, in the healer’s chapel of Ester Bravo. I was sitting at the back benches among the Filipinos, and many thought I was one of them. When people in the chapel were looking through your English-language book about healers, “The Philippines – A country of Kindness and Gratitude,” I looked too and asked who wrote the book? They said: Natalya did and pointed to you sitting at the front row. They told me you were from Russia, living in Ester’s house, often visiting Urdaneta, painting and writing books. Then they added, in a hushed voice, that the mayor and the library director regard you as their friend, and that you were even gave an interview to Philippine television on your book!

The local people were very proud that you stayed in their town. They even told me you were acquainted with Imelda Marcos herself. They spoke of you with such respect—more readily and warmly than they did about the healer Ester. Whenever I asked about her, I could hardly get any information. So I thought: if you live in Ester’s house and have written a book about her, you must know her better than anyone. I approached you and was going to ask about Ester in English, but was delighted when you responded in Russian! You were ahead of me and began sharing her story—and much more, about other healers and their methods. The detailed insights you gave me were priceless - I wouldn’t have found anywhere else. You helped me immensely. Natalya, I remember that first meeting as if it happened yesterday. In Ester’s chapel, you supported me with your kind smile, helping me translate my numerous questions, and I felt that your presence was God’s answer to my inner doubts. Even then, I sensed your warmth, openness, and sincere care—rare qualities that you share with others as Light. However the true astonishment came when I saw your paintings for the first time. There is so much light, purity, and delicate soulful vibration in them—they not only touched me deeply but awakened in me something forgotten: the ability to see the beauty in simplicity. Trust my words—I have evaluated many renowned artists, but your art is truly unique. It makes people better and more radiant. It reflects your inner world and opens a portal to a real, living world and lifts the viewer into a state of wonder

Your invitation to your gallery in Moscow was a revelation for me. From the rose petals on the steps to the warm, almost homely atmosphere inside—everything spoke of the love and attention with which you approach every moment. As I viewed the paintings and shared my impressions, the very sense of reality began to shift. In your space, one wants to be sincere, alive, and present. And the unexpected gift—a bronze portrait sculpted by the hands of master sculptor—is not just a sculpture, not just a bust. It is a living image that carries power and light. To this day, I don’t understand how my image appeared in front of me, almost invisibly, while I was talking about the portraits and expressing my thoughts. This is not just a work of art—it is a healing image, infused with energy and a deep understanding of human nature. When I first saw the bust, I felt the same lightness in my body as I did on the day of the sculpting—as if something heavy and unnecessary had been lifted off me. Later, when the bronze was cast, I experienced for the first time how a portrait can bring healing, like an icon or sacred image. When I first saw Natalya, I immediately felt her light — soft and transparent. In that moment, it seemed to me that I was not looking at an ordinary person, but at the White Lady herself, the divine spirit that would often enter me during healing. When my eldest daughter passed away, and later my sister, Natalya was there. I remember at my sister’s 100th birthday celebration, she didn’t want to let go of Natalya’s hand — it was more than a gesture, it was a recognition of the soul. I was in despair, thinking I wouldn’t be able to fulfil the final wish of my beloved brother, the Bishop — to be buried at the garden of the church he had served his entire life. But thanks to Natalya’s communication gift, the mayor granted permission. For our family, this was sacred. We will forever be grateful to her for this. Natalya has become a part of my family. My children and grandchildren are proud that she joins us at our family gatherings. And my wife, Rose, often remembers how Natalya invited us to her birthday celebration at The Peninsula hotel, where she introduced us to the First Lady of the Philippines, Imelda Marcos.
